What is included in a standard cleaning?
In generalized form starting with- Dusting surfaces, vacuuming/mopping, kitchen counters/sink, bathroom sanitization, trash removal, mirrors, and tidying. Customized to your needs.
Also, there are different need of each and every client, the kind and the location of cleaning. Our USP is having an detailed list for each cleaning which is modified as per your requirements. The details will be shared before the scheduled appointment.
Can I book a one-time deep cleaning?
Yes! Ideal for seasonal refreshes, events, or thorough resets.
Although, we would recommend a regular cleaning schedule to stay economical.
Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning?
Yes – 100% plant-based products, safe for families/pets. Standard on all cleans.
Are your cleaners trained, bonded, and insured?
Yes – fully insured, police-checked, WSIB-covered, with ongoing training.
How do you ensure home security?
Trusted key/code handling; home locked after service.
Perhaps, we take security at the utmost priority as recurrence is our goal. Again, as per our policy we would be clearly mentioning all the inclusions for cleaning in our pre appointment agreement. We would have some small steps for you to follow as well on order to provide the best and reliable services.

In general, yes we do bring all of the eco-friendly tools/products included.

Yes – 10% for bi-weekly, 15% weekly; new client specials; referral rewards.
What affects the price?
Home size (sq ft/bedrooms), service type (regular/deep/move-out), add-ons (fridge/oven +$49 each), and frequency (recurring saves 10–20%).
Do you charge hourly or flat-rate?
We prefer flat-rate for predictability – no surprises.
But, We also believe that each and every cleaning requirement is different so there might be changes for which we prefer consulting and give a quote.
